DJ TAKAYA

Since moving to New York City in 2001, Nagase Takaya has become one of the most sought after DJ’s in the city, consistently playing in clubs all over Manhattan and Brooklyn. Known as a master of mixing deep house, progressive, and techno beats with ambient, rock, soul and world grooves, DJ Takaya developed his techniques over 10 years across eclectic clubs in Japan. Currently, he plays every Thursday at “Home” @ Kion Lounge in the East Village and every first Friday at Artland in Brooklyn. In addition he has a release party for “Face of Epiphany” on April 14, w/Kenji Williams at CoSM in Chelsea.
