NEW YORK BUTOH FESTIVAL 2009: PERFORMANCE

Ko Murobushi’s latest solo was a highlight of the 2007 NY Butoh Festival, and returned due to public demand. Murobushi exuded boundless energy from his silver-painted body, like exploding mercury. Using only his formidable physicality, Murobushi radiated the lasting life essence of mercury as it waved and rolled in all directions across the stage.

There was a post performance discussion On November 13, 2009.
