Ludus Lab with Butoh Dancer Yael Gaathon
Yael Gaathon
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM 2015: LUDUS
In this single session, Yael explores butoh as a tool for presence and self confidence. Butoh builds on some key principles that can create powerful performers and help with self acceptance and confidence. Yael works with students on focus, dedication, and sincerity; elements that will aid them in any form of stage performance as well as in one’s private life. This class is open to both professional performers and laypeople. No prior experience in butoh is required.
