Training & Research at CAVE
The home of Ludus practice, where ensemble members, artists, and community participants engage in regular training and research labs.
Inside Universities & Academia
LEIMAY LUDUS can be integrated into university settings through semester-long courses, artist residencies, master classes, guest lectures, and visiting professorships. Whether through immersive training, interdisciplinary collaborations, or performance and exhibition residencies, LEIMAY provides students and faculty with a transformative experience that challenges euro-centric notions of body, time, and space.

Expanding Into Communities
Ludus extends beyond professional training into diverse community settings, fostering intergenerational and interdisciplinary engagement.
Past Presenting Series
For years, CAVE has hosted guest artists as a training space and performance venue. Initiatives and programs such as the Ferment, Conspicuous, and Ambient Boxes series encompass previous incarnations of LEIMAY’s history as a vital presenter of boundary-breaking performance arts. Critical to both the development of creative practices for many young artists as well as further generating community gatherings, these past presenting series display young talent and legendary forces alike.
