Voice & Body Training Workshop
Maximilian Balduzzi
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM 2012: LUDUS
This two-day guest – teacher session offers a precise, rigorous, and passionate approach to training the body and voice. Based on essential principles of impulse, control, opposition and rhythm, the workshop engages participants through a series of exercises developed over the past fifteen years. The precision of the exercises and their range of dynamic qualities help bring density to the performer’s body, fostering lightness and the ability to be decided in-the-moment. Through tireless dedication we search for the honest smile, the smile that can release unnecessary tension and give the body its freedom. This work was developed to train the presence of the actor, but it may be useful for other artists and for anyone who wants to find greater awareness through the body.
