LUDUS LAB - YUKO KASEKI

These labs focus on developing original movement through rigorous physical training, emphasis on body awareness, and improvisation with images, gestures, space, and their multiple relationships.

Module I: Introduction to basic body training focused on opening sensory awareness and sharpening sensitivity.
Module II: Delve into improvisation using images while maintaining clear decision and playfulness.
Module III: Each participant should bring their own theme to work towards the creation of their solo performance. The aim is to build, to deconstruct, to bricolage in order to find new and unexpected aspects in a theme.
