EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM 2013: LUDUS

The Sonoric Voice is an experimental workshop in which we will connect with the voice through the world of sound. We will research possibilities that arise from different sources: Awareness Through Movement (Feldenkrais Method), experimental theater. and voice techniques from classical, jazz and contemporary music to stimulate intuitive, emotional and conceptual aspects of the voice self. We will get in touch with the events happening in our bodies while breathing and making sound, allowing muscular tension to release so that vocal vibrations can travel without constraint. There will be time for individual and collective vocal improvisation. This workshop is open to performing artists and all people who are interested in expanding the use of their voice. Written and audio material will be distributed during the workshop.
